Estate Planning and
Legal Document Preparation
Professional and Affordable.
We are an AZ Supreme Court Certified Legal Document Preparation business. We offer low cost alternatives to attorney pricing for clients who are self-representing. Take advantage of our experience in the field, and our competitive rates!
Work with Real People.
You take a risk when you download a form off of a website, and you cannot have a back and forth conversation with a computer program. We care about our customers! We will listen to your stated goals, answer your questions, and prepare documents in correct legal form according to your specifications.
Knowledge is Power.
The most common feedback we get is how much better our customers feel once they go through our process. We believe in taking the time to answer questions and to provide information, because having documents in place is only half the battle. Knowing what you have, and how to use what you have, is extremely important. Estate planning, for example, is an ongoing process, and our goal is to empower our customers, and to set them up for success.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not attorneys. We cannot give you legal advice. When you utilize our services, you are self-representing. What we can do is provide you with options, and information, so that you can make informed choices.
OUR SERVICES
Full Estate Planning Packages
We offer full estate planning packages! Each package includes either a Trust or a Will, as the main estate planning vehicle, and includes deedwork for your primary residence, along with powers of attorney for finance and healthcare. We will also discuss the types of assets that you own, and provide you with information regarding various probate avoidance and estate planning strategies that you may choose to apply to those assets. We will notarize your documents, and assemble then into a portfolio (complete with lots of helpful instructions and extra tools!). You will also be provided with digital copies of your documents on a flash drive.
Living Trust Packages:
A Living Trust is a PROBATE AVOIDANCE tool. It holds assets for you, during your lifetime, and directs where those assets should go, after you are gone. One distinct advantage of setting up a trust is in its flexibility. It can hold a wide variety of assets – from investments, to business shares, to real estate. It is also an excellent choice for those who wish to hold assets for vulnerable populations, such as minor children or disabled beneficiaries.

Last Will and Testament Packages:
A Will is PROBATE TOOL. Its general purpose is to guide and direct the probate process. Will based plans may be appropriate for smaller estates where probate is not a concern (i.e. personal property is valued at under $75,000 and real estate under $100,000). A will is generally less flexible than a Living Trust, and is often combined with beneficiary designations to maximize mileage.

LLC SERVICES
We offer LLC formation services (we will file your articles, acquire your EIN, draft your operating agreement, assemble your company portfolio, and facilitate publishing, when applicable). We can also help amend your LLC, or domesticate an LLC coming in from out of State.
We also offer a variety of miscellaneous other services: Need a trade name registered? We can help with that! Have a Living Trust and want to update your LLC to list your Trust as a member? We can help with that too!
Give us a call if you need something filed that you don’t see listed. Chances are, we may be able to help!
DEEDWORK
We draft and file quitclaim deeds and beneficiary deeds, (also known as transfer on death deeds). We also draft and file a variety of affidavits; for example we can draft and file an affidavit to remove a deceased spouse, or to claim property left to a beneficiary via a beneficiary deed. We can also help transfer property in and out of trusts.
PROBATE SERVICES
We offer document preparation and filing support for simple informal probates. In order for us to be able to help you, you MUST have either the ORIGINAL Will, or no Will (i.e. the estate is “intestate”). If you only have a copy of the Will, that is insufficient for a simple informal probate.
We can also prepare and file small estate affidavits for the collection of real and personal property for estates where probate is not required.
GUN TRUSTS
We draft NFA Gun Trusts that specifically meet Arizona requirements (unlike other States, only a notary is required, no extra witnesses needed). We also provide templates allowing you to maintain and amend your trust going forward, without the need to pay for outside help.
STANDALONE DOCS
Do you need estate planning documents, like powers of attorney, but don’t want to purchase a whole package? We offer individually priced documents, such as advance healthcare directives, financial POAs and last Will and Testaments. We also offer amendments to existing documents.
