We have been doing this for a very long time. Please note that we cannot confirm the originality/validity of your documents via photos/scans/or videos. We can look at any scans that you send us, and analyze them based on the information you provide, but documents can only be ultimately approved in person by an authorized agent.
We also have strict privacy laws that we must abide by. Any unauthorized requests to access protected information will result in an immediate termination of service.
We may be able to provide you with pre-filled forms, at an additional fee, to expedite your transaction when appropriate. Please note, that we cannot guarantee that this option will be available to everyone, as it is entirely dependent on the circumstances surrounding your case.
Our consultation fee starts at $10. We think we are worth it.
What you are paying us for is time. We will give you the same level of attention that we give our in person clients (to the best of our ability, while remaining in compliance with Government regulations).
At the conclusion of the service, our agents will provide you with an action plan and/or a list of document requirements for your transaction.
In some cases, additional research may be needed in order to resolve your issue. This may involve reaching out to other state agencies, and looking into local laws. If additional research is required, additional fees will be collected before we can proceed. If we are able to prepare forms for you, or complete elements of your transaction long distance, we will certainly present you with the option to do so. If your query is outside of the range of services that we provide, we may still be able to point you toward the appropriate agency/resource so that you may continue to move forward.

If you choose this option, one of our agents will be in contact with you within one (1) hour of your service request. Please keep in mind that our opening hours do apply! We are not available after hours. If you select this option at the end of the workday, you may be contacted first thing the next weekday morning. We are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, AZ time.
