Payment Info / Data Security

We partner with Stripe, a reputable 3rd party payment processor, which has Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) policies in place and offers advanced fraud protection. Its PCI-compliant servers securely store and process payments. Our website’s server does not retain credit card or payment information of any kind.

In order to process your service request, we will ask you for current contact information. We take your privacy seriously, and will NEVER sell your personal information. Any personal information that we collect will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our service arrangement with you, and will not be used for anything outside of the scope of that arrangement.

Refund Policy

When you hire one of our agents, you are paying for their time spent away from their desk helping in-person clients.  You choose to pay for this service, at your own risk. Our agents will answer your questions and provide you with up to date document and policy requirements regarding your inquiry, or point you to more appropriate resources/agencies when appropriate. All sales are final, and we do not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME.

QUICK STOP GOVERNMENT SERVICES MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME. We will accept no liability for documents that are rejected or applications that are denied. It is your responsibility to provide the appropriate Government agency with the correct paperwork regarding your service of choice. We cannot validate or confirm the originality of documents via pictures, scans, photos, etc. That can only be done in person. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information so that we can provide YOU with accurate information, in turn. Ultimately, however, it is up to the agent/clerk processing your paperwork to approve or reject your application. Our services are convenience based only, and are at your own risk.

We also have strict privacy laws that we must abide by. Any unauthorized requests to access protected information will result in an immediate termination of service.

What to Expect From Us:

Please provide us with accurate contact information, so that we can get in touch with you in a timely manner. We may correspond with you via email, phone, video, conference, or some combination of the three. We will initially reach out to you within one business day, using the preferred methods of contact that you provide us with. If we are unable to make contact, we will continue to reach out to you at a minimum of once per day, for three consecutive business days. At that point, if we are still unable to make contact with you, the service will be terminated. No refunds will be made available at that time. For this reason, please be sure to save the number that we provide you with on checkout in your phone, and check your email consistently, to ensure that you don’t miss any messages from us.

We are in the business of offering solutions. When you hire us to help you resolve an issue, you are hiring us to give you INFORMATION. Once you explain your query, we will provide you with a list of document and/or policy requirements and an action plan, if applicable.

If additional research is required to resolve an issue, additional fees will be collected before we can proceed. In certain circumstances, we may also be able to provide you with forms prepared in an advance, and long distance service options (if allowable per current Government regulations). Any extra services, as described above, will incur additional fees. We will always present you with options, which you may opt out of. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES THAT ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU NOR CAN WE MAKE ANY GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME. Some service requests may be outside of the scope of our agency. If your query is outside of the range of services that we provide, we may still be able to point you toward the appropriate agency/resource so that you may continue to move forward.

Indemnification:

You agree to hold Quick Stop Government Services and its agents harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, legal fees, and expenses and charges of any kind, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and expenses of litigation which may be sustained or incurred, that are in any way relating to or directly/indirectly arising out of any services that you hire us to perform for you.
