What Does a Notary Public Do?

notary public is a public official appointed by a state government to help deter fraud. Notary Publics witness the signing of important documents and verify the identity of the signer(s), their willingness to sign the documents, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction.

  • Powers of attorney

  • Affidavits

These documents can include:

  • Licenses

  • Contracts

  • Loan documents

  • Trusts

For Notary Services, Please Bring:

  1. The document in question

  2. A valid form of ID

  3. Payment – We charge $10 per notarized signature.


Mobile notary services

If you (or a loved one!) are unable to leave your location, we also offer Mobile Notary services. For an additional cost, we will come to you! Our Mobile Notary Services are by appointment only. Get in touch with one of our locations to set one up! Payment must be made up front, before we can complete the service for you. Pricing is based on minutes of driving time with our closest store as the starting point.

We charge $10 per signature, plus drive time charges, as listed below:
