level 1 inspections

When are vehicle/trailer Level 1 inspections needed?

  • To obtain a Title Only if the vehicle is not in running condition

Please Note: If the vehicle or trailer’s VIN and/or Federal Sticker (1970 and newer) is missing, illegible, or appears to be altered/tampered with it will fail the Level 1 inspection and a Level 2 or Level 3 inspection will be required.
